What's New ... EES teams up with ENAB to win Nordic Council of Minister (NCM) project

2014.06.24. The NCM recently requested bids on a project called Conditions for increased and cost-effective use of environmental compensation in the Nordic Countries. The purpose was to provide policy makers with suggestions on how best to incorporate compensatory measures into environmental policy. EES was on the winning team, together with an experienced group of consultants from three Nordic countries: economists from Enveco (Sweden) and Pellervo Economic Research (Finland), and ecologists from Hårklau Natural Resource Management (Norway) and ENAB (Sweden). The team includes a diverse reference group of individuals from Germany, France, and England.  Anders Enetjärn from ENAB will lead the project and Scott will oversee environmental economic aspects. We look forward to shaping the future use of this policy tool in the Nordic Countries. Read more about the tender (in Swedish).
