What's New ... Papers consider the economic aspects of compensating for environmental injuries

2013.01.01. Scott has now published the last two papers in his PhD thesis. The first was published in the Jn of Restoration Ecology in 2011. The second entitled Compensating white-tailed eagle mortality at the Smøla wind-power plant using electrocution prevention measures will be published in the Wildlife Society Bulletin in March 2013. The third entitled Equity over efficiency: a problem of credibility in scaling resource-based compensation? will be published in the Jn of Environmental and Econmics Policy in March 2013. The papers highlight the interdisciplinary nature of environmental compensation, as they are being published in an ecological restoration journal, a wildlife management journal, and an environmental economics journal, respectively.
